CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
When your order has been processed and shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number via email. The tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update, so don't worry if it doesn't show up immediately! If you do not receive tracking info within 2 working days, please contact us by info@karnox.co.uk and we will help.
HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE?
Please allow for up to 1 working day (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) for your order to be processed and 1-3 working days for your package to be fulfilled and delivered, depending on your location*. *Certain non mainland UK addresses may take slightly longer. **Karnox will not be held accountable for any delays in shipping due to customs or carrier delays, and unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.
HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY & CAN I PAY FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY?
Mainland UK delivery is Free. Non mainland UK and European countries are charged at a slightly higher rate - see our shipping page for prices and terms here. Unfortunately at this time we do not offer a guaranteed next day delivery service however we do send out with a reputable courier service which aims to deliver your parcel within 48hrs.
DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE THE UK?
Yes we offer delivery to selected places outside of the UK. See our charges and the specific countries here. If you require further help with this, please contact us via the website or email info@karnox.co.uk and let us know your location and we will be able to help further.

WHAT ARE THE SIZES OF EACH GAMING CHAIR?
Every Karnox chair model we manufacture is slightly different in both shape, size, specification and in its weight capacity. To view the size guide please click here
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE DIFFERENT CHAIRS?
We have carefully designed the range of Karnox seats to suit our customers different needs. The Hero is our smallest chair in the range and is perfect for small rooms where space is a premium. The Legend is slightly larger and includes improved features. The Commander, Gladiator and Spartan chairs are our large premium models with pro spec wheels, 4D armrests and improved cushioning for the best possible comfort. WHAT IS THE WEIGHT LIMIT FOR KARNOX CHAIRS?
The specific weight limitations for each chair are as follows: Hero - Recommended up to 90Kg. Legend - Recommended up to 135Kg. Commander, Gladiator and Spartan recommended up to 180Kg.
WILL IT BE COMFORTABLE FOR ME?
Karnox chairs have been designed and tested to be VERY comfortable. If you want to test a chair in person we attend gaming shows around the UK and Europe throughout the year - visit our website or follow our social media channels for updates on the dates and locations of the shows we will be attending. If you cannot attend a show and still want to try one, we offer a great returns policy so if you buy one and are not 100% satisfied with the chair it can be returned, see terms here.

HOW EASY ARE KARNOX CHAIRS TO ASSEMBLE?
Karnox gaming chairs have been designed so they are easy to assemble with clear step-by-step instructions. Youtube movies of the assembly can be seen here
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO CARE FOR MY CHAIR?
Karnox gaming chairs are designed to be robust and durable using PU leather that is easy to clean and does not stain. To keep your chair looking like new for longer wipe with a damp non-abrasive cloth and leave to dry.
WARRANTY AND RETURNS
WHAT IS THE STANDARD WARRANTY ?
