We only ever intend to make a great product. Something you'll love from the day you receive it. We continually invest in our products and work tirelessly to provide you with a great chair. But should our product not meet your requirements we will do what we can to make things right. We offer a 2 year warranty which ensures your chair is built correctly and a lifetime warranty on the internal foam for longevity of use. But should that still not satisfy we offer a 21 day return policy.

Our returns policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Information regarding returning items:
The original packaging to be used to avoid damages during return transit.
Upto 21 days validity on returned item(s) from date of purchase.
You are responsible for all shipping fees and costs.
The returned item(s) must in excellent condition, original packaging to be undamaged and no missing parts (including any replacement parts you may have received).
To avoid damage during the return transit we advise completely disassembling the chair. We are not responsible for any damages that result from shipping partially disassembled products.
There are no restocking fees.
Please note that not meeting the above criteria may result in only partial refunds being granted.
Once your item has been prepared for returning please send us confirmation to expect the return. We highly advise using a tracked service with shipping insurance to cover any potential damage or loss during transit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
We will notify you that we have instructed the refund. This could potentially take a few days to return to your bank account or Paypal account. If 3 days have passed and you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank, they will notify you of pending transactions. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items will only be refunded to the price at the time of purchase, not to the item’s original pricing.
OBSOLETE OR DISCONTINUED PRODUCTS
An obsolete or discontinued product will be replaced with the same product if available. If KARNOX is unable to replace your obsolete or discontinued product with the same product, KARNOX will replace the obsolete or discontinued product, in its sole discretion, with a product having similar function and capacity.
NATIONAL STATUARY RIGHTS
Consumers may have legal rights under applicable national legislation governing the sale of consumer goods.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and we will send further information about returning the item to us.
Karnox will handle all returns and refunds according to the relevant consumer protection laws and within the returns and refunds policy.
